About The Position

This full-time position is responsible for the in-store presentation and stocking of Anheuser Busch and Olympic Eagle's portfolio of products, with a small amount of selling involved. The role requires adherence to strict guidelines and requirements set by Olympic Eagle, focusing on creating and maintaining market leadership through impeccable customer service and product displays. Individuals who excel in this role will have opportunities for advancement within the company. The position requires availability for weekends and early mornings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to, regularly and frequently, lift a maximum of 25 lbs required
  • Must have a valid drivers license and insurance levels as detailed below
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • This position requires you to drive your own vehicle during work hours.
  • We track miles through a company called Everlance so you will be required to set up an account with them
  • Insurance requirements: Bodily Injury per Person $100,000, Bodily Injury per Accident $300,000, Property Damage $100,000, Un/under-insured motorist - $50,000
  • Recommended: $1,000 Comp and Collision Deductibles

Nice To Haves

  • Beverage industry experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Driving personal vehicle to retail locations to service and maintain Anheuser Busch and Olympic Eagle's standards of customer service, product displays and cooler presentation
  • Build and rebuild displays according to Anheuser Busch and Olympic Eagle's strict guidelines and requirements
  • Restock coolers while paying attention to freshness codes/dates and rotating and facing product as required

  • Rotate and work back stock as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and neat/organized van at all times, according to Olympic Eagles Driver Policy
  • Maintain Olympic Eagle's impeccable image through actions and appearance at all times
  • Deliver consistent, dependable service and support to the sales and operations departments
  • Ability to work as a team player and be flexible, as other merchandisers, sales people and drivers may need assistance or coverage on their routes any time
  • Operate hand truck, six wheeler cart and pallet jack to move product to and from stock rooms to displays, etc.
  • Maintain daily/weekend call sheet and submit to supervisor in a timely manner
  • Follow all safety procedures and processes including but not limited to lifting, reaching and driving.
