About The Position

Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor that has been providing exceptional service to its customers since 1953, representing the world's most famous brands in the beverage industry. The Merchandiser position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers, and building displays. This role also involves following up after deliveries are made by drivers and servicing shelves from liquor department storage areas.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc.
• Goal and results oriented.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves, coolers, and building displays.
• Following up after deliveries are made by drivers.
• Servicing shelves from the liquor department storage areas.
• Putting away deliveries within retail stores.
• Filling cold boxes.
• Building shelf displays.
• Other duties as assigned.
