This is a full-time position located in the Harrisburg, PA territory. The Merchandiser makes an impact by – Complete inventories for designated products for required customers to support Turkey Hill Scan Based Trading (SBT) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. Responsible for monitoring accounts for proper rotation and merchandising as assigned by the DSD Field Services Supervisor. Provide market conditions and insight upon request and/or when observed. Collaborate with customers to discuss opportunities and pass along findings to cross-functional stakeholders. Collaborate with Field Services Supervisor to establish and maintain data necessary for customer delivery processes. Responsible to maintain professional relationships with all Turkey Hill Dairy customers and employees. Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations. Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety and Quality. Demonstrate the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must work in a team environment
Maintain adherence to work hours scheduled specifically starting, ending, lunch and break schedules
Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelines
Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles
Perform all other duties as assigned

Nice To Haves

1-3 years of related experience in a retail or similar industry is preferred.
