About The Position

A Merchandiser is responsible for stocking the store shelves and cold boxes/coolers with fresh products. This role involves maintaining product freshness through stocking, rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, and displays. The Merchandiser will also build displays, place signage, and keep the backroom and inventory areas clean and organized. Additionally, they will notify management of any product breakage, maintain a professional rapport with store personnel and customers, and adhere to their assigned route and scheduled calls.

Requirements

High level of integrity, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
Physical exertion will be necessary to achieve desired levels of account management.
Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling kegs.
Valid Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment in order to sell alcohol in the state of Kansas.

Responsibilities
