About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions is seeking field representatives who enjoy merchandising for its busy 2026 season. The ideal candidates will have experience in all phases of merchandising, including audits, shelf and pegboard resets, pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work independently or as part of a team, based on client needs, is essential. The role requires individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and capable of building strong store relationships. This is a project-based, not full-time, position for 1099 independent contractors.

Requirements

• Dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives, and completing work on time
• 1 year of experience understanding and implementing planograms
• 1 year of merchandising experience
• 1 year of reset experience
• Ability to speak and read English
• Must own a smart phone
• Must have access to the internet
• Must have access to a printer when needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid, non-expired Driver's License required
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles) and potentially outside the area
• Flexible schedule
• Email address that is monitored daily
• Ability to effectively communicate via email, phone & text
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to perform tasks with instructions without on-site training
