About The Position

VIBRANT Marketing Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative/Merchandiser to ensure customer satisfaction for hot and cold beverages. This role involves working with a client who is a pioneer in beverage production and distribution, managing consumable goods in convenience stores and small retail spaces across the lower mainland. A valid driver's license and exclusive access to a vehicle are essential for this position.

Requirements

Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising.
Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to submit daily reports.
Exclusive access to a smartphone—using an app in the work process is required.
Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift.
Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection.

Responsibilities

Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory.
Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets.
Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions.
Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.).
Participate in merchandising plans.
Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores.
Manage own territory and customer meetings.
Establish positive relationships with customers.
Complete daily reports via the mobile app.
