About The Position

Mid-Wisconsin Beverage is a locally owned and operated, leading distributor of soft drinks, waters, energy drinks, juices, teas, and more in North Central Wisconsin. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Merchandising team. As a Merchandiser, the primary responsibilities will be to ensure the proper placement, display, and availability of their products in retail customer accounts, enhancing brand presence and maximizing sales opportunities. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Possess a valid driver's license
Have a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer accounts
Have a good driving record
Successful completion of a pre-employment physical
Ability to pass a drug screening
General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math and reading
Maintain a professional working relationship with all contacts and when out in the field
Possess excellent communication skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, general policies, instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to clearly communicate verbally, on the phone and in writing
Ability to apply concepts of basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Responsibilities

Regularly visit assigned retail stores to stock shelves, coolers, and displays with Mid-Wisconsin Beverage products
Rotate products to ensure freshness
Remove damaged and outdated goods
Manage inventory levels effectively
Build positive relationships with store personnel
Maintain a clean and organized back stock area
