About The Position

This position involves daily visits to Odom customer locations to merchandise and maintain our products. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, and building displays according to directions. The role requires accurate documentation of product movement and adherence to company and store policies regarding promotional materials. The job also focuses on increasing brand visibility by securing more display, cooler, and shelf space.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have proof of insurance.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must have your own reliable means of transportation for getting to and from accounts.
• Physically capable to lift cases and display units which are sometimes in excess of 70 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily visits to customer locations to merchandise and maintain products.
• Stock and rotate products from back stock.
• Build displays according to Supervisor/Sales Representative's directions.
• Accurately document the amount of products received, distributed, or set aside.
• Stock and rotate merchandise on the floor, in coolers, bins, or on shelves.
• Work to increase the company’s share of display space, cooler space, shelf space, and overall visibility for our brands.
• Hang interior/exterior point of sale advertisements at account locations.
• Build merchandising and promotional kits.
• Display promotional materials, such as POS and signage, according to company and store policies.
