About The Position

Footprint Solutions is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within an assigned area and ensure products and displays meet client standards. The route typically averages 5 hours per week, or 10 hours per week in some areas, and includes service at locations in Northglenn, Westminster, Federal Heights, and Broomfield, Colorado. The work may include stocking and organizing merchandise, updating planograms and displays, completing audits and surveys, assisting with store refreshes and resets, applying security tags and labels, and submitting photos and reports through a mobile app. Merchandisers build professional relationships with store associates and management and communicate directly with their District Manager while working independently. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Travel time between locations is paid and mileage is reimbursed. The role offers a flexible schedule in the local market, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match when eligible. No experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including communication by text and/or email.
Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to effectively communicate with store personnel.
Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
Ability to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks.
Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground level to 5 feet high, and occasionally up to 6 feet high.
Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
