About The Position

We are in search of a part-time Merchandiser for the Lansing area. Our Merchandisers are tasked with travelling to assigned accounts to stock, rotate, and face our products. Our products include many different types of beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. This position is perfect for those who like to move around and do something a little different every day.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license.
• Have a Smart Phone
• Adequate auto insurance. We require a certain level of coverage for employment.
• Reliable transportation. Merchandisers drive their own vehicle from store to store.
• Stable work history. It takes about two weeks for training, so we hire people with a proven track record of reliability.
• Self-directed. Although you are a part of a bigger team, you will be working alone.
• Customer service problem solving skills. Our Merchandisers must communicate with customers and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and face merchandise at assigned accounts.
• Consolidate and organize products in backstock areas.
• Work with Sales Representatives to build displays.
• Communicate necessary information within the sales team to ensure proper levels of product and to prevent stock outs.
• Repeatedly bend to lift product including cases weighing up to 50lbs.
