Displays beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas of store to attract customers. Provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • Perform basic math functions: interpret rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Effectively communicate and present information one-on-one or in small groups.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange products
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate, and products are stocked according to planograms.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our brand.
  • Rotate products to maintain freshness and ensure proper product placement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any display or product issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies.
  • Report any merchandising issues, out-of-stock items, or potential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and team-oriented environment.
  • Keep a Productivity and Safety mindset.
  • Ability to organize competing priorities, resolve customer issues, and communicate additional needs to management.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
