About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Merchandising Manager, this position assists with the photography of our inventory and ensuring all proper photos are captured. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in work performed. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Writing skills: Ability to write vehicle descriptions in a professional manner and utilize accurate AP style
- Computer skills: Able to learn quickly and use uploader tool for website merchandising, manufacturer websites, proficient in MS Office, and basic photo/video editing knowledge
- Time Management: Able to consistently meet daily deadlines for vehicle descriptions and photo/video uploads
- General Business: efficient in scheduling/prioritizing tasks and communicating updates as necessary, able to multitask multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Write short new and pre-owned vehicle descriptions for our websites
- Upload digital vehicle photos to our online inventory tool
- Utilize daily data feeds to analyze and track trending successful vehicle photos and descriptions in order to improve response rates
- Maintain photography and vehicle sticker supplies
- Engage with sales team in order to provide maximum results from our online presence
