About The Position

Footprint Solutions is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in an assigned local territory. The role ensures products and displays meet client standards and may involve stocking and organizing merchandise, updating planograms and displays, completing audits and reports, assisting with store refreshes and resets, applying security tags and labels, and documenting work through a mobile app. Merchandisers work independently in stores and communicate directly with their District Manager while building professional relationships with store personnel. The route typically averages 5 hours per week and may average 10 hours per week in some areas. Work includes visits to specified retail locations in Commerce City, Colorado. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with travel-time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations. The position offers a flexible schedule, early wage access, and virtual training and ongoing support. A 401(k) with company match is available when eligible.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the assigned territory.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email.
Work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reports via a mobile device.
Be professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Effectively communicate with store personnel.
Understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
Move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks.
Consistently access products on shelving from ground level to 5 feet high and occasionally up to 6 feet high.
Accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
Consistently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
Related experience in retail, customer service, merchandising, stocking, inventory, delivery services, gig work, part-time employment, or dollar store retail.
