Part Time Merchandiser
About The Position
Footprint Solutions is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within an assigned area. The role ensures products and displays meet client standards through stocking, organizing, display updates, audits, reporting, and other in-store support. The route typically averages 5 hours per week, and in some areas 10 hours per week, serving a location in Lakewood, Colorado. The position offers flexible scheduling in the local market, virtual training, and ongoing support. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the assigned territory.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email communication.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
- Be professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Be able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
- Be able to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
- Be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks.
- Be able to consistently access product on shelving from ground level to 5 feet high, and occasionally up to 6 feet high.
- Be able to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
- Be able to consistently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
- Related experience in retail, customer service, merchandising, stocking, inventory, delivery services, gig work, part-time employment, or dollar store retail.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
- Update planograms and product displays.
- Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
- Assist with store refreshes and resets.
- Apply security tags and labels.
- Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
- Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
- Communicate directly with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
