About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to display beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on the sales floor of retail stores. This role involves arranging products according to a plan, placing price and descriptive signs, and transferring product from stock rooms to displays to manage inventory and ensure products are within their 'Sell By' dates. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for ordering product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks, developing display ideas, and communicating effectively with store personnel regarding service and product needs. Additionally, the role includes constructing display aids from Point of Sale materials. Admiral Beverage produces and distributes a wide range of beverages and aims to be a strategic business partner in the communities it serves, operating across the Mountain-West states and Alaska.

Responsibilities

Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store.
Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.
Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions.
Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
Communicate effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
