About The Position

Merchandisers are part of a Service Execution Team (SET), who are assigned to specific customer accounts close to home. The Merchandisers’ mission is to establish a great rapport and relationship with our customers by delivering exceptional service. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age preferred).
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Provide his/her own reliable personal vehicle for business use.
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under direction.
• Have a personal email account and access to the internet.
• Able to continuously lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
• Able to push/pull heavy loads at least 240 lbs.
• Able to maneuver a dolly effectively.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of merchandising experience in DSD industry is preferred.
• Consumer product industry sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a great rapport and relationship with our customers by delivering exceptional service.
• Create product displays and store layouts that are appealing to consumers.
• Bend and move and climb in high, low, and tight areas to merchandise shelves and coolers and stock displays.
• Report to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensure that work responsibilities are covered when absent.
• Observe safety and security procedures, use equipment and materials properly.
