Merchandiser
About The Position
The Merchandiser position is responsible for stocking and rotating product on shelves, in coolers, and on displays in retail accounts. This role involves rebuilding displays to attract consumers and enhance sales, ensuring correct signage is displayed, and keeping the stockroom organized and rotated. The Merchandiser will communicate regularly with the NA Brand Manager and Sales Representatives to maintain inventory levels and code dating accuracy, build strong business relationships with retail accounts, and serve as a brand advocate. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strict attention to detail and accuracy
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Employees are required to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test and are subjected to random drug testing throughout employment with Schott Distributing.
