About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores within an assigned territory. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover assigned routes. The position requires travel between stores using a personal vehicle; products are delivered to stores in advance, so merchandisers do not transport products. A company-issued phone with an app is provided to clock in and out and track mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time role with shifts beginning at 6:00 a.m. and ending when the work is finished. Employees work five scheduled days per week, including weekends, with days off during the week. Weekend and holiday work may be required as needed, as may overtime. The successful candidate is self-motivated and customer-service-oriented, able to work independently while interacting with others, and comfortable with active work involving repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Have access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Provide proof of vehicle insurance.
Be self-motivated and customer-service-oriented.
Work independently on assigned tasks and interact with people at work.
Be comfortable spending most of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases.
