About The Position
Frank Beverage Group is a family-owned and operated beer, wine and spirits distributor committed to quality and excellence. They hire exceptional people who will lead and make learning part of their own career journey. Frank Liquor Company in Onalaska, WI is now hiring a Merchandiser. This position is responsible for providing in-store merchandising and stocking of products at customer accounts. Merchandising includes stocking shelves, building displays, installing POS, rotating stock, and ensuring products are presented for consumer purchase.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent inter-personal skills; friendly, personable, and approachable
- Goal oriented, focused, and assertive
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
- Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, lifting
- Climbing up and down ladders
Responsibilities
- Merchandise, stock and rotate product at each account
- Inventory and reorganize back stocks, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed
- Ability to build displays, fix shelving, hang signage
