About The Position
Designer Greetings is hiring a part-time merchandiser to service greeting card displays in local stores. This role is ideal for retirees, parents, or anyone seeking a few hours of work per month. The position involves maintaining product on card racks, fulfilling product orders, writing new orders, setting up and taking down seasonal cards according to plan-o-grams, and processing seasonal card returns.
Requirements
- Reliable smart phone to use mobile phone app for ordering and payroll time entries.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple locations.
- Access to reliable internet in order to receive critical job information and updates.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Straightening product on all card racks.
- Putting out product orders.
- Writing up new orders.
- Putting up and taking down seasonal cards using plan-o-grams.
- Processing seasonal card returns after the holiday.
