Requirements

Strong communication skills
Valid driver's license
Current automobile insurance
Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
Ability to navigate 2- and 4-wheel carts
Ability to push or pull loads of up to 2,200 pounds regularly
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
Adherence to safety protocols

Responsibilities

Stocking existing shelf space
Ensuring all immediate consumption coolers and cold drink equipment are fully stocked
Building and maintaining package-specific displays that adhere to company standards
Rotating products for freshness
Fostering relationships with customers and store managers, delivering top-notch service
Addressing any customer issues promptly
Facilitating driver shortages when needed
Maintaining an organized backroom
Ensuring cleanliness at customer locations
Completing paperwork accurately
Collecting payments due on accounts
