About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will be responsible for creatively showcasing the company's brands by building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring proper product placement in new and existing accounts. This role involves daily tasks such as stocking and rotating shelves, constructing displays, managing Point of Sale (POS) materials, and executing store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes. A key aspect of the position is building strong relationships with key account contacts, gathering feedback on merchandising activities, and sharing this information with the sales team to identify brand and category growth opportunities. You will also be expected to identify chances to expand shelf and cold box facings and communicate any out-of-stock situations or new item opportunities. Continuous learning about beer, wine, and spirit brands is encouraged. The role requires responsible handling of beverage alcohol products and safe, responsible interactions with the public. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

21 years or older to apply
Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
Able to work occasional weekends
Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

Responsibilities

Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to Identify brand/category opportunities

Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
