About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will showcase the company’s brands by building displays, managing inventory, and improving product placement. The position supports customers in the Midtown territory of Tampa. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work, and availability is required between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. Applicants need a car to travel to customer locations. The role involves responsibly handling beverage alcohol products and interacting safely and responsibly with the public. Other duties may be assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Have strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to work occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.
Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb up and down a ladder.
Regularly lift 45–65 pounds.
Regularly talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Merchandise products daily in new and existing accounts.
Stock and rotate shelves.
Build displays and manage point-of-sale materials.
Perform store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
Build rapport with key account contacts and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
Share account feedback with appropriate sales team members.
Identify brand and category opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold-box facings.
Communicate out-of-stock or new-item opportunities.
Develop knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirits brands and customers.
Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and conduct safe, responsible interactions with the public.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
