About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser in Sheridan, Wyoming. This role involves displaying beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and sales floors of retail stores. The Merchandiser will arrange products according to a plan, place price and descriptive signs, and transfer product from stock rooms to floor displays to manage inventory and ensure product freshness. This position also involves ordering product to prevent out-of-stocks, developing display ideas, and communicating effectively with store personnel. The Merchandiser will also construct display aids using company-provided Point of Sale materials. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Ability to arrange products according to a plan or approved ideas.
Ability to place price and descriptive signs.
Ability to transfer product from stock room to floor displays.
Ability to order product to ensure no out-of-stocks.
Ability to originate display ideas or follow suggestions.
Ability to communicate effectively daily with key store personnel.
Ability to construct or assemble display aids from POS materials.

Responsibilities

Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store.
Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.
Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions.
Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
Communicate effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
