About The Position
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Merchandiser to service the Savage, MN area. This is a part-time position responsible for merchandising fresh bakery products in local accounts/grocery stores to ensure adequate product availability on the shelf and on displays. The role involves keeping bread aisles and display locations stocked, maintaining clean and organized back-room product inventory, and rotating products according to color code. Associates work an average of 20 hours per week, with a starting pay of $19.86/hr. The shift starts at 4:00 am on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- In some locations, Merchandisers are required to drive a DOT regulated route truck. In those instances, candidates must meet DOT requirements including Medical Card, Road Test, and must be 21 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Service the Savage, MN area.
- Merchandise fresh bakery products in local accounts/grocery stores.
- Ensure adequate product availability on the shelf and on displays.
- Keep bread aisle and display locations stocked appropriately in stores.
