About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to help ensure its beverage brands are consistently available to customers. The role serves South Austin and Dripping Springs, Texas, and involves merchandising products and displays, maintaining inventory and product rotation, placing orders on existing sales routes, and communicating with customers, co-workers, and shoppers. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, beginning at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until finished, with Wednesday and Thursday off. Starting pay is up to $26.86 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales or merchandising experience; no work experience is required.
Stocking, merchandising, grocery, or delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
Place point-of-sale advertising according to company merchandising standards.
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
Communicate daily with customers, co-workers, and shoppers, and resolve problems and follow up.
