About The Position

The basic function of this role is to stock shelves and help put away deliveries at assigned accounts. This position is responsible for the rotation of product while stocking shelves and delivering, and executing and following all company standards. A merchandiser works with drivers to deliver products to customers and clients. Merchandisers are responsible for all tasks except for driving, such as loading and unloading the truck, interacting with customers, and performing signatures to record deliveries.
Requirements
- Lifting cases up to 20 lbs.
- Must be a motivated, dependable person with a strong work ethic.
- Must possess great customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and help put away deliveries at assigned accounts.
- Rotate product while stocking shelves and delivering.
- Execute and follow all company standards.
- Work with drivers to deliver products to customers and clients.
- Load and unload the truck.
- Interact with customers.
- Perform signatures to record deliveries.
- Put away loads that have been delivered and stock shelves.
- Put away and rotate all products at designated accounts.
- Push or pull full pallets from the stores receiving area to the sales floor.
- Comply with all company policies and company standards.
- Leave account looking better than the competition upon completion of work.
- Aid assigned driver for the following day.
