About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverages, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in large-format and local stores in the Goodyear, Arizona area. The role services Laveen, Buckeye, Tonopah, and Wickenburg. Work is scheduled across one of four available shift patterns: Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, Friday–Tuesday, or Thursday–Monday; none of the shifts is guaranteed. The start time is 4 a.m., and the end time varies depending on route completion and business needs. The position involves keeping shelves, coolers, and displays stocked and well-presented, rotating product and checking dates, moving and organizing stock, and setting up promotional materials. Merchandisers work with store teams and use handheld tools for orders and daily records, with training provided. The role includes hands-on and classroom training and is active and fast-paced, with frequent lifting, bending, and moving product. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Position may require working holidays.
Ability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12 hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.
Punctuality is crucial for the 4 a.m. start time.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, such as signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
