About The Position

Tyndale Advisors Merchandising Solutions - A division of Orgill is seeking a Merchandiser for their Travel Team. This position is based in Collierville, TN, with significant travel required (70-75%). The role involves transforming stores across the country through new store openings, remodels, and major merchandising projects. If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, traveling to new places, and seeing the direct impact of your efforts, this role offers a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older due to business travel requirements, including rental vehicles and hotel accommodations
• Ability to travel 3 weeks at a time to include weekends
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Lift, move, and stock merchandise up to 100 pounds
• Climb ladders and work on your feet throughout the day
• Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical retail setup work

Nice To Haves

• Retail merchandising, hardware, home improvement, or construction-related experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up fixtures, displays, and store layouts
• Merchandise products and execute planograms
• Assist with new store openings, remodels, and store conversions
• Use handheld technology for pricing, inventory, and product placement
• Work alongside a team to deliver high-quality projects on schedule
• Travel extensively throughout the year, including overnight stays
