About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Fabiano Brothers as a Merchandiser Supervisor in Genesee/Lapeer County! This role puts you at the center of our merchandising operations within the beverage industry. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you'll work with a team of merchandisers while ensuring our products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed across retail accounts. Your guidance and hands-on involvement will directly impact product visibility, customer experience, and overall market success. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. You will travel between retail locations throughout Genesee/Lapeer County, working closely with your merchandising team, store personnel, sales representatives, and delivery teams. You'll work with and support merchandisers in daily merchandising activities, helping train and coach them on expectations and best practices while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that includes stocking and rotating product, handling backstock and deliveries, building displays, and maintaining a professional company image in stores. Requirements

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and coach merchandising staff.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products in retail locations.
Build displays and ensure proper product placement and freshness.
Travel between retail locations throughout Genesee/Lapeer County.
Work closely with merchandising team, store personnel, sales representatives, and delivery teams.
Support merchandisers in daily merchandising activities.
Train and coach merchandisers on expectations and best practices.
Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Handle backstock and deliveries.
Maintain a professional company image in stores.
