Requirements
- Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
- High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
- Must be available during evening shifts (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and available every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Transform incoming freight into "floor-ready" displays by tagging, hanging, and pricing merchandise with precision.
- Keep the floor stocked and the digital world moving by accurately picking and organizing E-commerce orders.
- Assist customers and colleagues with product retrieval while keeping your workspace organized and efficient.
- Use your math and communication skills to solve daily puzzles, follow instructions, and keep the inventory flowing.
