Requirements

A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are essential, as you'll be using your personal vehicle to navigate store locations efficiently.
Proficiency in operating manual pallet jacks and 2- and 4-wheel carts is crucial for handling products weighing up to 2,200 lbs.
Strong customer communication skills will help you foster positive relationships with store managers and ensure exceptional service.
Being self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision will drive your success in this fast-paced environment.
Basic paperwork and cash-collection skills are necessary for managing accounts effectively.
Physical stamina to stock and rotate products.

Responsibilities

Enhancing our customers' experience by ensuring that shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
Expertly manage immediate consumption coolers and cold drink equipment, while adhering to company standards for package displays.
Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring product freshness through effective rotation.
Keeping back-room stock organized and clean.
Building strong relationships with store managers, you'll provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Communicating effectively with sales reps and drivers, you will coordinate deliveries and maintain equipment cleanliness.
Completing necessary paperwork and collecting payments.
