Requirements

Strong communication skills
A valid driver's license
Current automobile insurance
Ability to complete a Motor Vehicle Check
Physical dexterity to operate a manual pallet jack and maneuver 2- and 4-wheel carts
Ability to push or pull weights up to 2,200 pounds
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
Self-driven and able to work independently without close supervision

Responsibilities

Stocking existing shelf space and immediate consumption coolers
Building and maintaining eye-catching, package-specific displays that comply with company standards
Rotating products to guarantee freshness
Keeping backroom areas organized and clean
Collaborating with store managers and responding to customer inquiries
Maintaining open communication with sales representatives and drivers
Handling driver shortages as necessary
Managing paperwork accurately
