About The Position

This role involves maintaining fresh products by stocking, rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, beer caves, and displays according to quality and rotation policies. You will also ensure service levels and compliance rates are met, rotate products to maintain quality and compliance, track out-of-stock items, ensure proper pricing and visibility of SKUs, keep backroom areas clean, and notify management of product breakage. Additionally, you will complete and document retail calls, provide feedback to management, and partner with Account Managers to identify display opportunities, build displays, and execute signage placement. This is a multi-leveled role with graduated levels of in-market experience, knowledge, skills, and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Ability to Perform Basic Math and Write Legibly
  • Current Valid Driver License
  • Must Have Dependable Vehicle to Use During Daily Shift; Must Carry Required Level of Insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Distribution Business Experience or Other Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Experience
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate
  • Previous Beer Industry Experience
  • Advanced Communication Skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintains fresh products by stocking and rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, beer caves and displays adhering to all quality and rotation policies.
  • Ensures service levels and compliance rates for each assigned account are met or exceeded.
  • Rotates product to ensure all quality standards and compliance regulations are maintained/achieved.
  • Works with Coaches/Leadership to record and track OOS in each assigned account.
  • Ensures all Andrews SKUs are priced appropriately and meet standard of visibility.
  • Keeps backroom and inventory areas clean and organized.
  • Notifies manager of any product breakage in an account.
  • Completes and documents retail call with signature and provides feedback to Account Manager and/or District Sales Manager (DSM) to ensure appropriate inventory levels and exceptional customer service in all assigned accounts.
  • Partners with the Account Manager to identify display opportunities, build displays and executes placement of signage and other merchandising items.
