About The Position

Our company is currently seeking a part time retail service merchandiser to maintain the Greeting Card displays in the Castro Valley area. This project is best suited for someone currently merchandising or working in the areas listed. It is a good compliment to other work, as it offers minimal hours. This is an Independent Contractor position. Although this is a part-time position and will offer work on additional programs in this area.

Requirements

• Retail merchandising experience is required.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
• Must have the ability to read and implement a plan-o-gram.
• Candidates will be contacted directly by phone ASAP.
• Only candidates with retail merchandising experience will be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of merchandising experience preferred.
• Currently servicing stores in and around the Castro Valley.
• Can start work ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Greeting Card displays in the Castro Valley area.
• Service 3 different chain stores: a grocery store requiring regular weekly service (about 2 hrs per location), a candy store with monthly service (1 hour), and another grocery store with monthly one hour service.
• Stock display confirming POG, and ordering low and out of stock items.
• Reporting & Photos must be done while in store using a phone app.
