About The Position

Join Falcon Farms as a part-time Flower Merchandiser. This role involves bringing color and joy to customers' lives through beautiful floral arrangements by ensuring flowers are perfectly displayed in stores. As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. You will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with clients, working independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand during key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
