About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring all products meet store standards, performing resets within the produce department, training new associates, and developing merchandising strategies while providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years produce experience
• Clean DMV driving record
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, & reaching
• Must live in the Los Angeles area
• Traveling is a must & able to stay in hotels overnight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet store standards
• Help perform resets within the produce department
• Train new associates
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies, while performing the highest customer service within the industry
