Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to work in a team environment, move fast, and act on assigned duties.
  • Must be flexible to work all events including late nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, friendly personality, and excellent guest services skills are required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred.
  • 2 years of merchandise experience preferred or related customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws.
  • Takes direction from the Store Manager in planning, assigning, and delegating tasks.
  • Addresses customer service situations and resolving problems within the store and ingress, egress to the store.
  • Perform inventory & maintain proper inventory levels while sustaining an organized sales floor and stock room.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are in effect at all times.
  • Assist management of performance of the store by preparing and communicating goals.
  • Communicating progress or opportunities for improvement to provide effective feedback.
  • Assist in the development of programs that result in increased customer satisfaction.
  • Work with visual displays and merchandising of stands.
  • Setting up displays to best attract customers' attention.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards and anticipate customer needs/concerns.
  • Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.
  • Supervises an entire aspect of the retail business (e.g. warehouse operations, main store operations, or heat press operations) under direct leadership from management.
  • Occasionally supervises & assigns tasks to other FT & PT supervisors as well as non-supervisor PT staff.
  • Train, track, & discipline other staff, including FT & PT supervisors & non-supervisors.
  • Assisting as support for events on the campus.
