Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a climate of trust and respect, responding effectively to stakeholder requests.

  • Identify the main steps in a business process improvement project and demonstrate awareness of the major roles involved.
  • Maintain sample inventory records, organize tickets, check in and distribute sample items for a photo studio.
  • Perform basic inventory management tasks and follow established procedures for tracking, releasing, or returning samples.
  • Resolve discrepancies with sample management and produce basic sample management reports.
  • Schedule photography sessions and other photo studio activities, monitoring schedule delays and communicating causes.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduling processes and create/maintain schedules using scheduling tools.
  • Determine scheduling guidelines based on multiple priorities.
  • Support assigned projects, understand business needs, identify project requirements, and adhere to prioritization milestones.
  • Propose and assist in developing solutions to project issues, ensuring resolution and escalation of complex issues.
  • Articulate process steps to deliver work to business stakeholders, providing views of current work streams and upcoming milestones.
  • Conduct inbound receiving inspections and maintain records of pertinent data.
  • Receive and enter receipt data into relevant inventory management systems.
  • Follow established inventory management processes when distributing or storing merchandise post-use.
  • Ensure outbound shipments are released from inventory management systems.
  • Demonstrate and encourage respect for others, driving a positive associate and customer/member experience.
