About The Position

This role is responsible for various aspects of merchandise processing, including unloading, picking, packing, inspecting, shipping, and loading merchandise to customers. The Merchandise Processor will also ticket or reticket merchandise, process returns by prepping good stock and sorting out bad stock, and perform data entry using a PC or RF device. Key performance indicators include achieving production (UPH) and quality (IQA) standards. The role involves working collaboratively with team members to support process improvements and cost reductions, understanding team objectives, and applying basic skills within the assigned work area. The associate must report to work as scheduled, be able to assist in any area of merchandise processing during busy periods, and complete other duties as assigned by their supervisor. Requirements

Responsibilities
