The Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud is seeking a high-energy, dynamic, and whip-smart Merchandise Manager to lead their retail and pre-show operations. This role is responsible for the guest's first and last impression and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, analytical thinker who can translate big ideas into significant sales in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Train, inspire, and coordinate the gift shop and pre-show team.
Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Merchandise to select and procure retail items.
Manage inventory accuracy and compliance using Clover POS and YellowDog inventory systems.
Create visually appealing merchandise displays to drive sales.
Oversee the bar area, ensuring it is clean, stocked, organized, and promotes seasonal drink features.
Partner with the photo team and third-party vendor (MagicMemories) to develop high-selling photo packages.
