About The Position

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll be a key support partner to the Merchant team, helping bring our product assortment and brand strategies to life. The work you do will impact beauty, as you partner with brands and cross-functional teams to support product launches, maintain accurate product information and assets, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. Requirements

1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, beauty, or a related field; beauty industry experience is a plus.
College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, launches, and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate product, asset, and reporting information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across brands and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with and organize large data sets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
A proactive, curious mindset with an interest in beauty, brands, products, and emerging trends.
Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and effectively.
Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with brands and the Merchant team to manage deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring assets and product information are received accurately and on time.
Manage product and asset updates in partnership with brands, helping optimize the client experience and support business objectives.
Support the creative review process across your assigned brand portfolio, helping ensure products are accurately represented across channels and client-facing vehicles.
Support day-to-day product assortment management, including data entry, product setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
Run weekly and monthly cross-world reports and provide reporting support to Merchants to help monitor the business and strengthen brand relationships.
Request, organize, and track product samples and comps from brands for cross-functional projects and business needs.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Merchant team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, agendas, and other team needs.
Build strong relationships with brand partners and cross-functional teams, communicating updates, priorities, and next steps clearly.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the business.
