Merchandise Coordinator, Women's
About The Position
Vuori is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support the execution of Vuori’s women's product assortment. This role requires a driven and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the performance apparel space, Vuori’s mission, and will embody the brand’s values. The Merchandise Coordinator will provide day-to-day merchandising support, including general administrative duties for the merchandising team, and will manage merchandising tools such as assortment guides and line plans. This role involves entering and maintaining product information across databases, ensuring the PLM system is up-to-date and accurate, and overseeing the management, organization, and coordination of all product samples. Additionally, the Merchandise Coordinator will assist the merchandising team with key meeting preparation, including sample and deck preparation, review marketing assets for product accuracy, and build product knowledge presentations for retail education.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
- 1+ year product management or merchandising experience, this may include a blend of work experience and/or internships.
- Must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel) and Adobe Suite (Illustrator)
- Ability to travel domestically when necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day merchandising support including general administrative duties for merchandising team
- Manage merchandising tools (assortment guides, line plans & related assortment tools).
- Enter and maintain product information across data bases.
- Keep PLM system up to date and ensure accuracy of information.
- Oversee management, organization, and coordination of all product samples.
- Assist merchandising team with key meeting preparation, including but not limited to sample & deck preparation, etc.
- Review marketing assets to ensure product accuracy.
- Build product knowledge presentations for retail education
