About The Position

The Merchandising Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring data integrity and seamless execution across the product lifecycle. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and cross-functional agility, focusing on precise purchase order management, inventory tracking, and the creation of comprehensive sales reporting. By maintaining essential tools and identifying workflow efficiencies, the Coordinator supports the broader Merchandising strategy and ensures the brand remains cohesive and responsive to business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain accurate purchase orders from inception to delivery, ensuring all system data reflects real-time updates.
  • Manage departmental calendars and internal tracking tools to provide the Merchandising team with organized, up-to-date information.
  • Partner with Production and Supply Chain to track receipt flow and outstanding orders, ensuring on-time delivery through proactive prioritization.
  • Create and distribute weekly selling decks and seasonal hindsight presentations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Critically evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify bottlenecks, bringing formal recommendations for improvement to management.
  • Conduct regular audits of product attributes to ensure 100% consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure clear information flow and brand cohesiveness.
  • Provide flexible administrative and project-based support to the manager and wider team as daily business needs evolve.
