About The Position

One Beat A Varsity Achievement Brand is looking to hire a Merchandise & Awards Team Member. This position supports merchandise and awards operations by assisting with inventory preparation, restocking, and coordination with merchandise and awards production departments. This position is responsible for stocking merchandise and awards, meeting weekly restock deadlines, and preparing road cases for 15 touring locations.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills, especially for last-minute event needs
• Ability to lift and move boxes or awards materials as needed
• Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the department
• HS Diploma or GED (required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, inventory management, merchandising, or warehouse operations preferred
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandise and awards operations, ensuring timely preparation, organization, and distribution of products.
• Meet restock deadlines.
• Prepare and assist with restock trucks between OneBeat warehouse locations, meeting all weekly restock deadlines.
• Assist with answering phone calls and emails for outside clients.
• Adapt to and support the evolving priorities of the department.
