Part Time Temp Holiday Merchandise Associate
About The Position
The Merchandise Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role follows operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple areas to support business needs. The associate supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect; processes purchases and returns accurately; promotes credit and loyalty programs; prepares and merchandises products according to company procedures; and helps maintain store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink-reduction standards. Other duties may be assigned. This is a part-time, temporary holiday position at Marshalls Store 0025 in Nashua, New Hampshire. The starting pay range is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with actual pay based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers and applying established customer experience practices.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Follow the merchandising philosophy and established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
