About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Full-Time Merchandise Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles customer transactions, and promotes credit and loyalty programs. The associate will maintain merchandising standards, process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and maintenance. They will also provide and accept feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support store shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
