About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part Time Merchandise Associate for their Castor Place location. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The position involves upholding merchandising standards, processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and participating in store recovery and maintenance. The role also requires supporting shrink reduction goals and maintaining a safe environment. Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
