About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking Merchandise Associates to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Associates will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store needs. The role models positive customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and accurately handles customer transactions. Associates will promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process merchandise for the sales floor. They will also participate in store recovery, maintain organizational and cleanliness standards, and provide/accept feedback. Adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, as well as participation in shrink reduction and safety awareness are key components of this role. Other duties may be assigned.
