MERCHANDISE ASSISTANT (Seasonal)
About The Position
Working under the supervision of the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, and Merchandiser, the Merchandise Assistant will support the daily operations of the golf shop’s retail environment. The Merchandise Assistant will help ensure the sales floor is well stocked, organized, and inviting, while also assisting with inventory, merchandising displays, and member service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in retail, especially within the golf industry, while working in a dynamic club setting. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous golf experience is preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Able to meet and maintain physical requirements
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently within a fast-paced and high stress environment
